First Open House

Last weekend I was able to participate in my first open house. Since I am still waiting to be licensed by the state, I helped out as an unlicensed assistant. It was so exciting to shadow a long-time San Francisco realtor and listen in on conversations with serious homebuyers for a luxury apartment. The tiled mosaic entryway was stunning and as a New York native, I couldn’t help but fall in love with the exposed brick and concrete throughout the building. Located in the heart of downtown San Francisco with an asking price of $975,000, this observation experience was a great way to preview what’s to come in my career!
